I don't like to switch companies unnecessarily but have been burned in the past despite my loyalty to a company. I am very grateful for the assistance she provided and look forward to many years of coverage with no bumps in the road. UPDATE: Spoke with Kylee again yesterday to facilitate switching vehicles on our policy. Kylee was so helpful and friendly as she made the switch for us as well as being upfront to explain the pricing change. I would highly recommend Gina's office for State Farm and Kylee in particular for her friendly and helpful advice."
